Our charging stations are strategically located at shops, cafes, and public spaces across the city. Each 16A socket can deliver up to 3.5kW of power for fast, efficient charging. Simply scan the QR code on top of the charging plug, make your payment securely through Razorpay, and your socket powers up immediately for the duration paid.

Terms and Conditions
1. Service Description
- JustPlugz provides prepaid electric bike charging services through strategically located charging stations.
- Each 16A charging socket can deliver up to 3.5kW of power and is uniquely identified by a QR code on top of the plug.
- The service operates on a pay-per-use basis at ₹1 (One Rupee) per minute.
- Status indicators: Green Light (Available), Blue Light (Charging in progress), Red Light (Out of Order).
2. Payment Terms
- QR Code Payment Only: Payment is exclusively through scanning the QR code on top of the charging plug. No other payment methods are accepted.
- All payments are processed securely through Razorpay Payment Gateway.
- Accepted payment methods via Razorpay include UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Digital Wallets.
- Charging time is calculated based on the amount paid: Payment Amount (₹) = Charging Minutes.
- Users can choose any amount to pay based on their charging needs.
- Once payment is confirmed, the socket powers up automatically and cannot be paused or transferred.
- All payments are final and non-refundable once the charging session has started.
3. Usage Guidelines
- Check the status light before use: Green (Available), Blue (Charging), Red (Out of Order).
- Do not attempt to use sockets with a red status light.
- Users must scan the QR code on top of the specific charging plug they wish to use.
- Service is designed for electric bike charging (up to 3.5kW on 16A sockets).
- Do not leave your vehicle unattended while charging.
- Users must bring their own charging cables compatible with their e-bike.
- JustPlugz is not responsible for any damage to vehicles or batteries due to improper cable usage or vehicle malfunction.
- One payment corresponds to one charging socket for one session only.
- Ensure your vehicle's charging system is compatible with 16A / 3.5kW power delivery.
4. Service Availability
- JustPlugz strives to maintain 24/7 service availability, but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
- Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or power outages.
- No refunds will be issued for service interruptions beyond our control.
5. Liability Disclaimer
- JustPlugz is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to vehicles, batteries, or personal belongings.
- Users charge their electric bikes at their own risk.
- JustPlugz provides charging infrastructure only and does not guarantee charging speed or vehicle compatibility.
- We are not responsible for any battery damage, vehicle malfunction, or electrical issues during or after charging.
- Users are responsible for ensuring their vehicle's charging system is compatible with the power output provided.
6. Refund Policy
- Refunds are only issued if a charging session fails to start due to technical issues on our end.
- Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of the failed transaction.
- Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Partial refunds are not available for unused charging time.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
- We collect minimal payment information necessary for transaction processing through Razorpay.
- We do not store your payment card details or sensitive financial information.
- Transaction data may be stored for accounting and service improvement purposes.
8. Fair Usage Policy
- The service is intended for electric bike and low-power electric vehicle charging only (up to 3.5kW).
- Misuse of the service, including tampering with equipment or status lights, will result in immediate service termination.
- JustPlugz reserves the right to deny service to any user violating these terms.
- Do not attempt to override or manipulate the power delivery system.
9. Changes to Terms
- JustPlugz reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
- Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
- Pricing may be adjusted with prior notice displayed at charging stations.
10. Contact Information
- For support, complaints, or refund requests, please contact us through the charging station owner/location.
- We aim to respond to all queries within 48 hours.
By using JustPlugz charging services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
