TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Service Description
- JustPlugz provides prepaid electric bike charging services through strategically located charging stations
- Each charging socket can deliver up to 1250W of power and is uniquely identified by a QR code
- The service operates on a pay-per-use basis: ₹0.30/min for 5A sockets, ₹1/min for 16A sockets
- Status indicators: Green Light (Available), Blue Light (Charging in progress), Red Light (Out of Order)
2. Payment Terms
- QR Code Payment Only: Payment is exclusively through scanning the QR code on the charging socket. No other payment methods are accepted
- All payments are processed securely through Razorpay Payment Gateway
- Payment only via UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
- Charging time is calculated based on socket type and amount paid
- Users can choose any amount to pay based on their charging needs
- Once payment is confirmed, the socket powers up automatically and cannot be paused or transferred
- All payments are final and non-refundable once the charging session has started, except for unused minutes
3. Usage Guidelines
- Users must check the LED status indicator before making a payment (Green = Available)
- Do not attempt to use a socket showing Blue (Charging) or Red (Out of Order) status
- Ensure your vehicle's charger is compatible with standard 3-pin Indian plug
- Close the lid properly after plugging in to start the charging session
- Do not open the lid or unplug during charging unless necessary
- Please unplug promptly when your charging time ends to allow others to use the socket
4. Refunds & Cancellations
- Refunds are provided only for unused charging time when a session ends early
- Early termination can occur due to manual unplugging, battery full, or technical issues
- Refund amount is calculated based on unused minutes and socket rate
- Refunds are processed automatically within 5-7 business days to the original payment method
- No refunds are provided for fully consumed charging time
- Payment failures or duplicate charges will be refunded within 24-48 hours
5. Liability & Safety
- JustPlugz is not responsible for damage to vehicles or chargers due to misuse or incompatibility
- Users are responsible for ensuring their vehicle and charger are in good working condition
- Do not use damaged sockets or attempt to charge in unsafe weather conditions
- JustPlugz reserves the right to disable sockets for maintenance or safety reasons without prior notice
- Users agree to use the service responsibly and not tamper with equipment
